We stopped by Eclairons in Rosslyn for a quick coffee and were immediately impressed by the beautiful display of pastries. Everything looked delicious, and there was an impressive variety to choose from.
Even though I’m currently on a diet, I couldn’t resist trying one — and I’m so glad I did. It was delicious! While enjoying my coffee, I noticed Owner & Pastry Chef Toni Srour’s working history timeline there, which added a meaningful and personal touch to the atmosphere.
To my surprise, I realized the pastry chef is Toni Srour, the same talented chef I used to visit years ago at Pastry Xpo Café in Merrifield, Virginia. Chef Toni has over 40 years of baking and management experience, and it truly shows in every bite.
He opened Eclairons in 2020, continuing his philosophy of evolving, perfecting recipes, and surprising customers with new and unexpected flavor combinations. Chef Toni not only creates amazing pastries, but he also always shares something insightful when you talk to him.
Highly recommended! Thank you, Chef Toni, for your creativity and passion — your pastries are unforgettable.

Eclairons is the perfect place to grab a quick bite and a coffee or just sit and enjoy the vibes! The food and coffee is so good no matter what you get and I am always drawn to the pastries that are displayed so eloquently! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

I am very picky when it comes to desserts as I have been to Europe many times. This bakery took me back to Paris instantly. Pastries and cakes among other things have the right amount of sweetness similar to that of European style. I hope they won't change the quality due to high cost of overheads .

This place is out of this world. It's my go to place anytime I visit DC. Everything here tastes phenomenal. They have a wide variety of decadent eclairs, cakes, pastries, tarts, you name it they have it. They also serve delicious croissants, sandwiches, and quiches. Their lebanese food selection like grape leaves and shawarma sandwiches are very delicious and taste homemade. Highly recommend that you try this place.

I can say I have been buying cakes from this bakery no less than 20 times since last year until-now. They make a great bakere( specially Chocolate flavors ones). Not strongly sweet like other american bakery that gave you headache because of too much sugar. Beside the Asians bakery, this one is my favorite 🫰

I’ve had Eclairons on my radar for a little while now. Specifically, their coconut mango cheesecake caught my eye. I finally got to try it after realizing it was directly across from Inca Social in Arlington, VA.
Luckily, after enjoying the alpaca happy hour @ Inca Social, I was very much in the mood to check out Eclairons with the hopes of getting to taste the coconut mango cheesecake! 🥥🥭
I was in luck. They were still open and lo and behold there were a few coconut mango cheesecakes still left in the case! Since it was towards the end of the day, the case wasn’t as stocked as I’m sure it is earlier in the day.
Aside from various pastries & cheesecakes, Eclairons is known for their eclairs! They come in flavors from the classic chocolate filled with vanilla cream to

Eclairons is such a gem in Arlington! We stopped by this morning and were immediately struck by the cozy, urban ambiance and the welcoming multi-cultural vibe. It’s clearly a neighborhood favorite—there was plenty of foot traffic and a steady mix of people dining in and grabbing treats to go.
The décor is clean and attractive, even featuring a brief history of their operation. But the real stars are the treats:
• Pistachio Latte (with oat milk): Absolutely superb flavor.
• Chocolate Pastry with Tahini Drizzle: Literally melted in my mouth—a total must-have!
• Pistachio Muffin: Moist, perfectly baked, and highly recommended.
The staff are warm and memorable, making the whole experience feel personal. We’ll definitely be back for a second round of desserts and pastries soon!
